FAQs.
Q: Why do you block access to the individual school folders?
A: This is to maintain privacy. The photos available for viewing are only accessible by password which is provided to parents and school administration.
Q: How do I get a password?
A: A password will be made available soon after your school photo day.
Q: I have several children at school. Will the password allow me into other grades or classes?
A: Each class will have an individual folder and password. You will be given a password for each child’s class that you require to access.
Q: Will I be able to order online?
A: Yes, the photos will display on our website soon after school photo day allowing you to choose your child’s photo with your choice of a photo package.
Q: How long do you keep the photos on your website?
A: The photos will remain for the purpose of ordering for two weeks after school photo day.
